"Gun Golf" is a PRS style event at Cibolo Creek Ranch in Presidio County Texas.
18 targets are placed at unknown distances along a driving course through the rugged Chinati Mountains. All targets are full size animal silhouettes, most with cut outs for shot placement in the vitals.
We have designed a rifle event that mimics a golf tournament. Hence, everything is a "Par 1". The "Caddies" are retired Special Operations Snipers, and the "golf carts" are 4x4 off road vehicles.
Teams will be assigned to run the course throughout the two day event. Each team will have two runs through the entire course. Any teams that are not on the course have access to the ranch's other three rifle ranges for practice and dope confirmation.
During the two day event, all meals (5 star resort quality) are included in the price. Also included is an open bar after the days shooting, live music, raffles, side events, and a "swag bag" in every room.
This is our first annual "Gun Golf" event and we look forward to growing every year.
